Our video teleconsultations utilize encrypted streaming technology (powered by Daily.co). Video calls are transmitted securely over SSL/TLS encryption.

Zero Data Monetization: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure database access control, and password hashing (bcrypt). All medical records are stored securely on hardened server infrastructure.

5. Account Deletion & User Rights

In compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store Developer Guidelines, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
